Building and sustaining the parish community is considered the
responsibility of all members of St. Ann's Church.
LITURGICAL MINISTERS enhance celebration and
understanding of the Mass and community. They serve as hospitality
ministers, lectors, song leaders, choir members, musicians, technology and
Eucharistic Ministers.
SPECIAL MINISTERS OF THE EUCHARIST regularly visit shut-ins and
the care homes in the Kaneohe area.
CHURCH CLEANERS prepare for Mass celebrations by donating
and/or arranging flowers on the altar. Cleaning teams volunteer time and "elbow
grease" on Saturday mornings.
PROJECT SHARE depends on parishioners to help in food
distribution, transportation, visiting the shut-ins.
EDUCATION VOLUNTEERS. The School, Early Learning Center,
Religious Education and Youth Ministry continue to provide outstanding educational
programs because volunteers give their time and talent as teacher/catechists, facilitator,
tutors, team leaders, clerical aides, classroom parents.
COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS
assist with their advice and expertise
in parish administration are members of the Pastoral Council and various committees:
finance, maintenance and liturgy. Special committees are formed as needed for various
projects and events.
